Christopher C. Gerard

Christopher C. Gerard is a shareholder in the New York office of Anderson Kill and is chair of the Estates, Trusts and Tax Services Group.
Chris has extensive experience in the areas of estate planning and trust and estate administration. He represents a range of individuals and fiduciaries, both individual and institutional, of estates and trusts.  He also advises on the creation and administration of closely held business entities such as partnerships and limited liability companies and assists clients on real estate matters. He frequently serves as the executor of estates and trustee of trusts, requiring a wide range of fiduciary functions. Finally, he advises clients in the area of charitable gifting and has lectured on this topic.
