Christina Yousef is an attorney in Anderson Kill's New Jersey office. Christina's practice concentrates in insurance recovery, exclusively on behalf of policyholders, and in corporate and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Christina was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Joseph A. Dickson, U.S.M.J., at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey where she was responsible for drafting judicial opinions, composing bench memoranda, and preparing for pre-trial and settlement conferences.
In addition, she was a summer associate at a law firm in New York where she worked primarily on insurance and re-insurance cases. She was also a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Leo M. Gordon at the United States Court of International Trade and an intern at the New Jersey Attorney General's Office.
While attending Seton Hall University School of Law, Christina graduated in the top one-third of her class, receiving honors such as the Dean’s Scholarship and the Excellence in Oral Advocacy Award. She also won first place in the 2013 National Health Law Moot Court Competition, along with several other moot court recognitions. Christina is now the coach of Seton Hall University School of Law's National Health Law Moot Court Competition teams.
