Preston previously served as a cofounder and chief operations officer of an early enterprise blockchain startup where he advised on a full range of startup legal issues. He and his team designed blockchain prototypes for a number of leading global companies including tier 1 global banks, global consulting firms, and the R3 interbank technology consortium. Prior to this, Preston was an associate with a Global 100 law firm’s London office, where he worked on securitization and debt finance matters.
Preston was named #57 on a list of the “Top 100 people in Crypto and Blockchain” by the industry publication CoinTelegraph for the year 2020.
