Stephen Wah is an attorney in Anderson Kill's New York office and a member of the firm's Insurance Recovery and Corporate and Commercial Litigation groups.
Prior to joining the firm, Stephen was a summer associate at a New York law firm, where he was a member of a team representing a construction company in the Eastern District of New York regarding a RICO scheme by sub-contractors. He was also an intern at the New York Legal Assistance Group, Immigration Protection Unit, where he researched the admissibility of aliens who had children serving in active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces, represented immigrant juveniles pending deportation, and prepared petitions for naturalization, green cards and visas.
While attending law school, Stephen was the Editor-in-Chief of the Cardozo ADR Competition Honor Society; Staff Editor with the Cardozo Journal of Law and Gender; Student Counsel for the Securities Arbitration Clinic; and President of the Minority Law Student Alliance. He was also the recipient of the 2017 Professor John Appel Award and Jacob Burns Medal.
