Regulators are scrutinizing the industry as never before, but so far coordination appears limited and key jurisdictions are pursuing widely divergent approaches . . . . 

“This is a land rush,” said Preston Byrne, a partner at Anderson Kill P.C. who has advised technology companies, including those focused on crypto. “There are those in crypto who believe, rightly or wrongly, that moving fast and breaking things is the right approach.
