Jerry Goldman was interviewed on WBAI radio about, "Cabaret Law: Dance Parade" in New York State.
"...It's the one thing we all have in common; we move; we dance... I didn't know it was illegal to dance! ... it had been used to oppress different groups... and it made no sense to me... the dance parade was formed in a response to a lack of success litigating to overturn it to make it unconstitutional. We wanted to show the world, the city of New York, that dance is an important part of the human condition."
