Ms. DiCanio is a member of the firm’s Insurance Recovery Group and Corporate and Commercial Litigation Group and is co-chair of Anderson Kill's Women's Network. She has recovered valuable insurance proceeds for corporate policyholders in state and federal courts throughout the United States and advised clients extensively on pre-litigation insurance matters. She has represented global retailers, financial services companies, technology companies, energy companies and governmental entities in D&O, environmental, product liability and property claims.Ms. DiCanio also has represented telecom companies, global manufacturers and hedge funds in antitrust and securities matters.
Ms. DiCanio started at Anderson Kill as a Summer Associate in 2007 and then joined the firm as a member of the Class of 2008 after graduating from law school.

Ms. DiCanio holds a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Cardozo Law Review, and a B.A. with Honors from Vassar College.
