The Habits of Highly Effective Dispute Resolvers

This event will feature Mark J. Bunim, Esq. & Diana Shafter Gliedman, Esq., Co-Chairs of the Insurance Disputes (Dispute Resolution) Committee of the NYSBA ADR Section. There has been much interest around what this newly formed committee has to offer. The Co-Chairs will take the opportunity to introduce attendees to the Committee. In addition, they will explain the target audience(s) for upcoming programs, past programs it has offered and future programs that are slated. There will also be an opportunity for Q & A. The second part of the evening will include a speed networking opportunity among the attendees and speakers.
