DATE: Wednesday, November 16, 2022

TIME: 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM

VENUE: Marriott Philadelphia West, 111 Crawford Avenue West, Conshohocken, PA 1948

ORGANIZER: Association of Corporate Counsel Women's Summit

As our organizations work to implement and expand DEI initiatives, we see the increasing importance of mentoring our colleagues to make sure that our efforts continue beyond the on-boarding process.  Losing new and established talent from our ranks can be destabilizing.  This session will explore ways in which to cultivate a mentor-mentee relationship, discuss some of the ethical considerations that exist for mentors and mentees within and outside your organization, and highlight concrete ways in which companies can support DEI not only within their companies but in the firms whom they engage.
