Darin J. McMullen to speak on a panel at the 23rd Annual Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee Midyear Program on 'Making the Case for Bad Faith: How to Advance the Policyholder's Interest and Help the Insurer Avoid the Traps!' on Thursday, February 19, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

This two-hour introductory panel will offer a broad, how-to discussion about the tricks of the "bad faith" trade. The panel will set the stage for the policyholder's arguable "set up" of the insurer, and the insurer's avoidance of the pitfalls. The interactive discussion will include examples of typical potential bad faith scenarios, the key issues that arise from the perspective of the policyholder and insurer, and the steps taken by policyholder and insurer counsel in such circumstances.
