The FHA at 50: Fair Housing from the Civil Rights Era to Today

The federal Fair Housing Act, which legislated an end to housing discrimination, was enacted 50 years ago.  In this course, we will examine cases from the Supreme Court of the United States interpreting the FHA over the last 50 years, with eye to where we have been and where we may be headed after Justice Kennedy's departure from Supreme Court and changes under the current administration.
