Is Mediation/Arbitration a Solution to Cybersecurity Issues?

As individuals put more of their private information online and criminals are targeting that information at an increasing rate, the need for an effective dispute resolution mechanism in the event of a cyber incident is becoming a larger issue.  The panel will focus on the viability and appropriateness of arbitration (or mediation) as a tool for resolving cyber and privacy issues.  The panelists will then examine how to best implement an arbitration solution for these issues.
