The Fair Housing Amendments Act is an important federal law that ensures that housing opportunities, services, access, and even lending practices, are fair and non-discriminatory in nature. Over the years, the Supreme Court has weighed in on many civil rights issues -- from affirmative action to voting rights to housing discrimination. This program taught by Anderson Kill Shareholder Deborah B. Koplovitz, will discuss the implications of the Supreme Court's recent decision in Bank of Am. Corp. v.
