Personal data exhibits the paradox that it is an asset and a liability at the same time.  We'll look beyond regulatory compliance to understand how a variety of organizations are applying risk management frameworks, data governance policies, and technical solutions to manage this delicate balance.  Can blockchain help to keep personal data safe and private?  Should we be able to insure data?
