DATE: Sunday, November 17, 2019

TIME: 8:45 AM - 11:45 AM

VENUE: 25 West 18th Street, Floors 4, 5 and, 6, New York, NY

Shareholders and unit owners will often submit renovation plans to the Board which are problematic either because they do not confirm to Code or because their implementation would have a potentially adverse impact upon neighbors or the building's operation.  Under these circumstances the board has the right to say "no" to all or parts of the renovation proposals, or to require modifications to the plans presented.

Attorneys Bruce Cholst and Deborah Koplovitz and architects Oswald Bertolini and Eric Vonderhyde will guide participants in a discussion of renovation policies and procedures, the types of requests that are typically problematic and why, and suggestions on how to deal with them.
