Corporate and Securities Associate

Anderson Kill is looking to hire a corporate and securities associate with at least 2-3 years of experience to join its growing corporate practice.

  • Candidate should possess two to five years’ relevant corporate transactional experience. Candidates with significant M&A, venture financing and private equity, and debt financing transactional experience will be considered.
  • The attorney will work on both corporate matters and the firm’s 9/11 class action cases.
  • Part of the attorney’s work on the corporate side will be with the firm’s technology, media, and distributed systems practice. The firm represents a wide range of seed- and growth-stage technology clients, with a particular focus in the cryptocurrency space including exchanges, funds, miners/stakers/farmers, protocol developers (layer 1 and 2), and family offices.
  • The attorney will join the New York City office. Alternatively, the Washington DC or Stamford offices also are an option.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and writing communication skills, and the ability to think outside the box are required. Interest in Bitcoin or technology is an advantage.
