Ms. Gliedman practices in Anderson Kill's insurance recovery group, representing policyholders in actions ranging from discreet insurance coverage disputes to multi-party, multi-issue insurance coverage litigations, with an emphasis on Directors & Officers Liability Insurance, Professional Liability Insurance and Employment Practices Liability Insurance.

Ms. Gliedman often represents law firms, legal partnerships and solo practitioners seeking to analyze potential sources of coverage and maximize insurance recovery.  Working with Anderson Kill's founding shareholder, Eugene Anderson, Ms. Gliedman represented the policyholder in the frequently-cited case of Rosenberg & Estis v. Chicago Insurance Company.  She is a member of the firm's Financial Services insurance coverage group, which serves clients such as broker/dealers, commercial banks, investment advisors, hedge funds, mutual funds and other financial institutions.

Highly committed to pro-bono work, Ms. Gliedman most recently secured a victory for a Tibetan independence activist in The Matter of the Application for Asylum of Sherab Dorje.

Ms. Gliedman holds a J.D. cum laude and was awarded the Order of the Coif at Fordham University School of Law. She holds a B.A. magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Rochester.  A member of the New York State and American Bar Associations, she has published widely on matters of insurance law and coordinates Anderson Kill's quarterly column for The John Liner Review.

Mr. Bartelemucci practices in the area of construction law, representing clients in both transactional and dispute-resolution matters.  Mr. Bartelemucci drafts and negotiates a wide range of manuscript and AIA form owner-builder, construction management, architect, design-build, and development agreements.  He has worked on several major development projects involving the leasing of air rights for construction, and has extensive experience representing hospitals and other institutional clients with their construction needs.  Mr. Bartelemucci also has extensive experience drafting and negotiating site-licensing agreements between real estate owners and telecommunications companies.
