With diminishing transparency and increased cross-border movement of goods, these issues have become more troublesome in recent years concerning branded products. Our Unfair Competition and Intellectual Property lawyers work closely together with our Anti-Counterfeiting lawyers on behalf of clients who manufacture and sell branded and trademarked products. The practice focuses on representing clients whose products are manufactured and sold internationally as well as within the United States, and who have been targeted by counterfeiters, or are potential targets of counterfeiters.
