Kanishka Agarwala's practice focuses on intellectual property and commercial and unfair competition litigation. He has worked on a variety of matters involving patent infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, copyright infringement, trademark and trade dress infringement, false designation of origin, false advertising, dilution, and cybersquatting. His practice involves proceedings before federal courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, as well as advising clients in connection with all aspects of their intellectual property. Mr. Agarwala also has extensive experience in the transactional aspects of intellectual property, having negotiated and drafted several agreements pertaining to myriad facets of intellectual property.
Prior to practicing in the United States, Mr. Agarwala practiced law in India. He has represented several multinational corporations, and governmental agencies and ministries before courts, administrative bodies and arbitrators.
