Rachael Kierych is an attorney in Anderson Kill's New York office, where she concentrates her practice in corporate and commercial litigation. Ms. Kierych has played an integral role in case development, research, and drafting of key documents in cases involving breach of contract, fraud, fraudulent conveyances, shareholder rights in public securities, bankruptcy and business tort.
She is also a member of Anderson Kill's Foreign Investment Recovery Practice group.
Prior to graduating law school in May 2012, Ms. Kierych was a legal intern in the Queens District Attorney's Office and a Judicial Extern for the Supreme Court of Ireland.
While attending Fordham Law School, Ms. Kierych was the 2011-2012 Business Editor at the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center and a staff member at the Fordham Environmental Law Review. Ms. Kierych also was a recipient of the 2012 Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award.
