Mr. Cullen is a partner or director of numerous real estate entities.  He is a retired brigadier general in the United States Army Reserve Judge Advocate General’s Corps and last served as the Chief Judge (IMA) of the U.S. Army Court of Criminal Appeals.  He has also served as Secretary/Treasurer of the New York Construction Industry Disaster Relief Fund, Inc.

Development of mixed use projects utilizing long term leases of air rights in urban settings is another area with which he has considerable experience.  He has negotiated and drafted long term ground leases for significant projects throughout New York City.  He applies years of practical experience to assist clients with every kind of project from small retrofit office jobs to large combined occupancy developments.  He has been especially helpful to not-for-profit institutions and governmental entities that need pragmatic advice as they contemplate their future physical plant needs.
